These shark teeth are from the phospate pits in Morocco.

Shark teeth are identified by their shape and varying characteristics of each species. Stritolamna teeth can be one of the most confusing teeth to identify. They have many of the characteristics of other teeth. The main tooth can be long and thin as with Scapanorhynchus or Carcharias B. or somewhat shorter as with Odontaspis, the root section can have a similar shape to Paranomotodon but usually less symetrical with one side thinner and longer. The cusps (the little teeth to the side of the main tooth) are usually positioned farther away from the main tooth.

These shark teeth are sold in lots of 100 pieces for $50.00.
