This specimen is manganocalcite and rhodochrosite on a matrix backing of galena from the Winac Mine, Ancash Dept., Peru.
The first image was taken under long wave ultraviolet light. The manganocalcite fluoresces a pink with a touch of orange.
The image below is under short wave ultraviolet light and the manganocalcite fluoresces a reddish pink. The blue color on the specimen, in both images, is the reflection of the ultraviolet lights off the light colored rhodocrosite.
